Connections matter.

Start HERE

Step 1

Let's make sure we're a good fit. Schedule a brief intro call where we'll discuss:

  • What you're looking for

  • How my service works

  • Whether this approach makes sense for your situation

No pressure, no cost—just a quick conversation to see if working together feels right.

Step 2

If we're aligned, you'll schedule a one hour consultation ($125) and complete a comprehensive intake form that helps me understand your needs before we find you a fit.

In our full conversation, we'll explore:

  • What's bringing you to therapy right now, some history & background

  • What kind of therapeutic relationship feels right to you

  • Practical factors like insurance, scheduling, and location

  • Describe different therapy approaches and what might align with your needs, goals, and long-term objectives

Step 3

Next, I'll send you up to 3 personalized therapist recommendations. Each match includes:

  • Why I think they're a good fit for you specifically

  • Their approach and specialties

  • Practical details (availability, insurance, contact info)

These aren't random referrals—they're carefully selected based on our conversation and my knowledge of these practitioners.

You review the referrals, and start to contact the ones that feel most aligned.

Support

But I don’t just stop there. You’ll be supported along the way, with regular email check-ins, and additional resources as needed. If you’re not satisfied, I’m not either.

This is a relationship, not a transaction. It may take time to find the right match, but given the effort it takes to build trust and establish rapport, it’s a worthwhile effort.
